Description/Blazon
On a field horizontally divided evenly through the center, dark blue and light blue, a white star within two gold live oak branches, arched inwardly, stems crossed at base, both images adapted from the Texas state seal, represents the origin as the band of the 24th Infantry at Fort McKavett, Texas. The live oak branches also symbolize the durability of the 291st Army Band to be in existence for over a century.   Displayed at top a white tripled folded scroll inscribed "291ST ARMY BAND" in dark blue.
